Baltimore, MD - She’s in! Samantha has been selected to participate in the People to People delegation that will travel to southern France,  Italy, and Spain this summer for 21 days!

As part of the Student Ambassador component of the People to People program, the student ambassadors must become familiar with the culture of the countries they are going to visit.  This month Samantha has been studying Spain and its history, customs, language, etc.  Check back periodically to get more information on Samantha's progress.

We had a wonderful time at the Jazz and Wine Sip, at CoCo's Butter Cafe.  Ken Massey played jazz favorites as we sipped on a wide variety of wines.  Zachary Grant sang two special selections to the delight of the crowd, and last but not least, Chef Arthur's tasty buffet included steamed and grilled seasonal vegetables, a chicken gumbo over yellow rice, jazzy meatballs, buffalo wings, and trays of assorted fruit.

Just a few more days and Sam leaves for her European Trip.  Thanks, everyone, for your support and well-wishes!  We're trying to get her to blog during her trip - let's see how successful we'll be...  Stay tuned for departure pix!!
